Bilingual (Spanish-English) Sales Representative – Insurance & Financial Services
Role Description As a Bilingual Sales Representative with State Farm Agent Marat Ioshpa, you play a key role in both our agency’s growth and our customers’ success. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and connect clients with the insurance and financial solutions that meet their needs. Your ability to communicate seamlessly in both Spanish and English will allow you to serve a broader community, helping more people feel confident and protected.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients in both English and Spanish to explain products and services
  • Proactively market and recommend relevant insurance solutions
  • Assist customers with new policy applications, changes, and renewals
  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions
  • Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English – Required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred (insurance background a plus)
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive, team-focused attitude
